The "Reconstruction and Modernization of Existing Substations in Tashkent" project is being implemented in accordance with Resolution No. 598 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 22, 2025. The project's primary objective is to improve the reliability, energy efficiency, and capacity of the capital's electrical grid, as well as ensure a stable power supply to growing industrial, social, and residential consumers.

     

The project will result in:

  • increased reliability of power supply to consumers in Tashkent;

  • reduced power losses in the grid;

  • improved voltage quality and increased equipment operational safety;

  • creating the foundation for the integration of smart grids and the further digital development of the capital's energy infrastructure.

The project is being implemented in compliance with international quality, environmental safety, and energy efficiency standards.
